- 2 pack Udon
- 1 White onion
- Mushrooms
- Sesame Oil
- Sweetcorn
- Beansprouts
- Spring Onion
- Mange touts
- Cabbage (I used Broccoli as I didn’t have Cabbage)
- Chicken Fillet
- 2 garlic cloves
- Sauce
- 4 tsp stir fry sauce (LEE KUM KEE)
- 4 tsp sriracha chilli sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 bowl Mix all the sauce in
Instructions to make Yaki Udon
- Marinade sliced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder for 30 mins.
- In a pan. Add oil, Stir fry Sliced onion and garlic till translucent.
- Then add then chicken until it cook.
- Add all the vegetables.
- Add the sauce mixture. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions. Enjoy.
