- 2 tbls Garlic Cloves crushed
- 2 tbls Ginger paste
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tsp Red Chilli powder or if you want it hot add a half tsp
- Less than a 1/4 tsp Tumeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Corriander
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Pinch Salt to your own taste
- Little oil for frying
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 12 Curry leaves
Steps to make Chicken in yogurt Masala
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients for marinade together and stir well.

- When all mixed add the Chicken and mix in and leave to marinate fo 2 hours.

- Heat up some oil in a large pan or wok. Add 12 curry leaves and onions fry for 5 minutes syirring then turn down the heat to low and cook slowly stirring occasionally so it does not stick to the pan. For 45 - 60 minutes

- Serve with Rice and a bowl of veg and Naan bread
