  8. 2 tbsp creme fraiche
  9. 1 tbsp cornstarch
  10. Worcester sauce
  11. Paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary (chilli flakes)

Instructions to make Mediterranean pasta

  1. Cut all vegetables and chicken in pieces. Heat up some oil and fry the vegetables over a medium heat for 5 min. Season the chicken and add to the vegetables. Fry over a high heat for 1-2 min.
  2. Add the dried herbs and mix well. Then pour in the broth and add creme fraiche, simmer covered for 20min. Season with Worcester sauce and seasonings. If you would like the sauce a bit thicker mix 1 heaped tbsp of cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water. Mix well and add to the sauce while its boiling. Don’t used everything at once. Pour in carefully until it got the consistency you like
  3. I always use an old, small jam jar. Put the cornstarch and water in, close the lid and shake. It will be well mix and not clumpy. Enjoy <3
