  10. 1 tbsp white miso
  11. 1 tsp soy sauce
  12. 1 tsp mirin
  13. 1 tbsp seasame seeds
  14. Garnish
  15. Pinch pickled sushi ginger

Steps to make Seasame, miso and ginger chicken

  1. Chop the asparagus, onion, pepper garlic and ginger
  2. Mix the paste ingredients and stir in chopped chicken thigh fillets. (If it's too thick add a dash of water)
  3. In a hot pan add seasame oil and add the garlic and ginger
  4. Then add the chop veg and stir fry
  5. After a minute add the chicken and cook until tender
  6. Meanwhile chop the mushrooms
  7. Stir in the mushrooms
  8. Serve topped with pickled ginger
